• Extended environmental monitoring or data logging
• Specialist leak tracing
• Roof or drainage investigation
• Invasive building-fabric investigation
• Laboratory testing
• Extensive multi-room surveys
• Any remedial works

This is a limited, non-invasive initial investigation. It is not a promise to diagnose or cure damp, and it may not establish a definitive root cause. If the cause cannot reasonably be established during the initial visit, the report says so clearly and recommends the appropriate further investigation — any additional work and cost is agreed with you separately before anything proceeds.

Installed solutions and remedial works are not included in the £199 initial investigation fee and are quoted separately following the investigation. If you buy the recommended Damp Solve solution within 14 days of the investigation, the full £199 fee is credited against the price of that solution.
