We don't sell one product for every problem. After the investigation we specify and install the solution that suits the room, the property and how the moisture is actually being generated.
If the problem isn't condensation, we'll tell you straight. We won't sell you a fan to cover up a leak or a building defect.

What we install
The solutions, in plain English
dMEV — continuous extraction
Quiet, low-level extraction that runs continuously in bathrooms and kitchens, with automatic humidity boost where appropriate. It replaces intermittent fans that only run with the light and never clear the moisture.
Permanently positioned dehumidification
A wall-mounted, permanently positioned dehumidifier plumbed to continuous drainage, for suitable rooms with persistent high humidity or cold-room conditions. Suitability depends on the room, a workable drainage route and a sensible electrical position — we confirm that on site.
Combined solutions
Where the moisture load justifies it, extraction at the source plus dehumidification in the affected room, working together.
Whole-home ventilation / PIV assessment
Assessed only where the property genuinely suits it. PIV is not a universal answer — it depends on the layout, loft or riser position and how the moisture is being generated.
Existing mould treatment
Treatment of existing surface mould alongside the moisture-control solution where appropriate.
Installed solutions are quoted following the investigation, so the price matches the property rather than a brochure. We don't publish equipment brands or performance figures we haven't finalised, and we don't promise mould can never return — what we do is deal with the moisture conditions that cause it.

Investigation is a fixed £199. Solutions are quoted.
We publish one firm price — the investigation. Installed solutions are quoted following that visit, because the specification depends on the room, the drainage route and the electrical position.
Buy your recommended Damp Solve solution within 14 days of the investigation and the full £199 investigation fee is credited against the price of that solution.
