We work out where the moisture is coming from and whether condensation is the mechanism — or whether the signs point to a leak, penetrating damp or another building defect.
Solve
We specify and install the appropriate ventilation or moisture-control solution for the room, the property and the way you live in it.
Treat
Existing surface mould is treated and made good where that's included and appropriate — alongside the moisture control, never instead of it.
Verify
We check and commission what we've installed, confirm it's performing, and explain plainly how it should be run and maintained.

The £199 investigation is the only fixed public price. Installed solutions are quoted after the visit, once we know what the property needs.
